Weekend FNP or PA needed in Cleveland, MS

About the Position:

A well-established Delta-region healthcare organization is actively recruiting an After-Hours Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join a thriving primary care clinic affiliated with a regional acute care hospital. The hospital supporting this practice is a full-service community medical center with more than 150 beds, offering inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and emergency services. Practice Details:
• After-hours clinic operates when the primary care clinic is closed (excluding Friday mornings)
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 36 hours per week
• Expected patient volume once established: 25–30 patients daily
• Collaborative practice environment with physician oversight and support

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary starting at $120,000 plus quarterly wRVU production incentives
• $10,000 sign-on bonus
