Urgent Care NP/PA Opportunity – Madera, California
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Urgent Care team at a highly respected, mission-driven community health organization located in Madera, CA. This is a full-time position focused on delivering comprehensive same-day care to patients in need of timely, non-emergency treatment.

Position Overview:

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Setting: Full-scope Urgent Care within a busy outpatient facility

Patient Volume: Moderate pace designed to support high-quality care

Typical Cases Include:

Cuts, bites, scrapes
-
Minor burns
-
Sprains and strains
-
Back pain
-
Respiratory infections (colds, flus, sinusitis)

Skin rashes and irritation
-
Ear infections, stomach upset, heartburn

Diarrhea, dehydration, minor acute illnesses

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $140,000 – $145,000 annually, based on experience

Vacation:

15 working days (3 weeks) annually, increasing to 4 weeks after 3 years of service

Accrual per organizational policy with payout of unused vacation upon separation

One professional membership covered

State license, DEA, and recertification fees paid

5 days of paid CME leave per year

Up to $2,100/year for CME-related expenses (pre-approved)

$10 per encounter for patient visits exceeding 22/day
