About the POSITION:
PMHNP needed for the FQHC in York, PA
– 70% of the workload follows a patient panel and 30% follows a consultative model.
– Role is physically located within the Clinic with remote capability, as needed.
– There is a likelihood of working with patients with Substance Use Disorders.
– Peer Review Process is also in place
– LCSWs and LPCs are also on staff to support the Psych NP’s work
– Work Schedule: 5 days/week
- 35 hours weekly (ideally) plus 5 administrative hours
- No on-calls; those go through the PCPs.
– Bi-lingual preferred, in English/Spanish
- FFH also contracts with Propio Interpreting Services, a video-based platform
– Outpatient NP need
– Ideally, the candidate can treat adolescents and adults
– Experience in Practice – between 3-5 years, preferred
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
– Pay Range: $130 – $160K if annualized
