A highly respected and mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)—part of one of the largest community-based networks in Pennsylvania—is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its behavioral health team in Titusville, PA. Position Overview

  • Full-time, outpatient role (up to 40 hours/week)

  • General office hours:

    • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

    • Wednesday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • No weekends, inpatient responsibilities, or call

  • Work within an integrated care model, collaborating with primary care and behavioral health teams

  • Strong administrative and clinical support available

  • Patient population includes both adolescents and adults

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited PMHNP program

  • Active Pennsylvania RN and CRNP licenses with PMHNP certification

  • DEA license

  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR)

  • Strong clinical judgment, compassion, and ability to work independently in a supportive, team-based environment
