Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

New Pediatric NP opportunity in Santa Cruz, CA

Position Overview:

A medical group seeks a Pediatric Clinician to provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong commitment to community health.

Key Details:

• Work Allocation: 80% clinical, 20% administrative.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with one evening per week and some Saturdays. No on-call duties.
• Experience Required: 2+ years in a pediatric setting; one plus years of experience is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,145 – $170,165 annually, with increases at Years 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and every 5 years thereafter.
• Benefits: PTO and paid holidays from date of hire, employer-subsidized health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid licensure, and CME.
