We are partnering with a highly respected, well-established Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in Miramar Beach, Florida that is seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join its growing team. This opportunity is supported by a leading, doctor-led specialty dental management organization dedicated exclusively to oral surgery and other dental specialties. Compensation & Benefits
Production-Based Compensation
Compensation is structured on a tiered collections model based on monthly collections, allowing earning potential to grow alongside the practice’s success. This model is supported by strong collections and favorable reimbursement rates.
Guaranteed Income – Year One
To ensure a confident and stable start, the practice offers a monthly guarantee of $33,333 or the tiered collections payout—whichever is greater—for the first year while credentialing, referral flow, and payor alignment are established. After year one, compensation transitions fully to the tiered collections model.
Student Debt Assistance
To support the transition into practice, the practice provides $2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments as patient volume builds.
Relocation Assistance
Relocation support is available and negotiable based on individual needs.
Commitment to Continuing Education
A $2,500 annual CE allowance is provided to support advanced training, travel, and course fees, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to clinical excellence and professional growth.
