We are representing a well-established, multi-location Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery group in central Connecticut that is actively seeking a skilled Oral Surgeon to join its expanding team in Meriden.

Compensation & Benefits
Tiered Collections Compensation Model
Compensation is based on a tiered collections structure that allows earnings to grow alongside productivity. Thanks to strong reimbursement rates and consistent case flow, the earning potential is substantial.
First-Year Income Guarantee
To ensure a confident and secure start, the practice offers a $33,333 monthly guarantee during the first year, or compensation under the tiered collections model—whichever is greater. This provides financial stability while credentialing, referral alignment, and scheduling ramp up. After year one, compensation transitions fully to the tiered collections model.
Debt Assistance Program
To further support the transition into practice, the group provides $2,000 per month during the first year to assist with student loan repayment while building a patient base.
Relocation
Relocation assistance is negotiable.
Continuing Education
Clinical excellence is a priority. Surgeons receive a $2,500 annual CE allowance to support advanced training, travel, and course expenses.
