About the Role

  • Position: Full-Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

  • Setting: Outpatient primary care

  • Patient Population: All ages (pediatrics through geriatrics)

  • Clinical Scope: Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care, and wellness visits

  • Schedule: Full-time, regular business hours

Important Requirement: Must hold an active and unrestricted California medical license at the time of application.
