About the POSITION:
Clinic is seeking a compassionate and adventurous Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Bethel, Alaska. This role is part of our Village Travel Program, a unique opportunity to provide care to some of the 56 remote tribal communities in the Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta region that do not have year-round medical providers.
For four months each year, you will travel to these villages using a variety of seasonal transport methods — including 4-wheelers, snow machines (sleds), small planes, and boats — depending on weather and terrain. Serving the community since 1979, Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) committed to delivering comprehensive primary care services to the residents of Bethel and the surrounding region. Our clinic plays a vital role in improving access to quality healthcare in remote areas of southwest Alaska.

Requirements:

Master’s Degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Nursing program

Licensed and in good standing with the Alaska State Board of Nursing

At least 3 years of clinical experience preferred

Strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills

Resilience, adaptability, and a passion for community-based care
Preferred Certifications:

APNP, NP, FNP, CNM, or CRNA credentials
Please note: This position is for a Nurse Practitioner only. Physician Assistants (PAs) are not eligible for this role.
About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Salary: $150,000 – $170,000, depending on experience
