NP or PA needed in Santa Cruz, CA

About the Position:

Looking for a NP or PA in Santa Cruz, CA

• Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; bi-cultural candidates are highly desirable.
• Work Allocation: 80% clinical duties, 20% administrative responsibilities.
• Schedule Flexibility: Must be available for at least one evening per week and some Saturdays. No on-call duties required.
• Preferred Experience:
  • Previous experience in community health centers or public health settings.
  • Experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is highly valued.
• Work Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140,145 – $170,165 annually.
  • Scheduled salary increases after Years 1, 3, 5, 7, 10, and every 5 years thereafter.
• Time Off: Paid time off and holidays accrue from the date of hire.
• Licensing & CME: Fees and CME days off are covered.
