With two fully operational offices across the city—each boasting 12 operatories and a loyal patient base—this is an excellent opportunity for both new grads and experienced providers to step into a supportive, productive environment with strong clinical mentorship, generous compensation, and flexible employment models.

West Side Office

• Producing approximately $180K/month

• 12 operatories

• 2 full-time doctors

• Actively hiring a third due to volume and continued growth

East Side Office

• Producing approximately $100K/month

• 12 operatories (6 currently equipped)

• 1 full-time doctor

• Seeking a second provider to meet growing patient demand

Compensation & Benefits Package

Guaranteed Salary + Bonuses

• New Graduates: $10,000/month base plus production bonuses

• Experienced Dentists: $11,000–$12,000/month base plus bonuses

• Flexible W-2 or 1099 arrangements

Student Loan Repayment Options
