About the Position:
A reputable and patient-focused private dental practice in Jacksonville, North Carolina is seeking a General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join their team. This is a great opportunity to practice in a supportive, well-established environment with a strong focus on quality care and patient relationships.

• Location: Jacksonville, NC

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (4-day workweek)

• Team Structure: Collaborate with one other experienced dentist, supported by two dental assistants and two hygienists

• Facility Features: On-site dental lab for enhanced treatment efficiency

• Scope of Services: General and restorative dentistry, including exams, fillings, crowns, and bridges

Compensation & Benefits:

• Daily base rate with collection-based bonus structure
