This is a very high producing Out of Network, Geriatric practice

6 ops – remodeled 2 years ago

2 Hygienists and 4 Assistants but adding additional staff

Chairs and office remodel are 2 years old

Amazing equipment with Sedation

Owner is IV Sedation Certified and Orofacial Pain Fellow

Anesthesiologist comes once a month

3 or 4 day work week – full time

85th Percentile fee schedule
