About the Position:

Practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our dynamic and high-performing team at our Hampton, VA location. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established, fast-paced practice with a strong patient base and supportive team culture.

• Location: Hampton, Virginia

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Treatment Rooms: 12 fully equipped operatories

• Team Structure: Work alongside 1 other skilled Dentist and a dedicated support staff

• Practice Scope: Full-scope general dentistry – ideal for a dentist who enjoys a wide variety of procedures

• Volume: Very busy office with excellent patient flow – must be comfortable in a high-demand environment

• Experience Required: Previous experience in general dentistry is a must

About the Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation: 32% of collections

• Lab Fees: 100% of lab fees covered by the practice

• Ownership Opportunity: Dentists who reach a monthly production of $60,000 or $750,000 annually are eligible to earn equity in their location – details provided during the interview process
