About the Position:
A mission-driven healthcare organization serving the Greater New Orleans area is seeking a full-time General Dentist for its modern Gentilly location. As part of a respected network of Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), this role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to underserved populations in a community-focused setting.

Position Highlights:

  • Schedule:

    • Monday–Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

    • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

    • Flexible scheduling options available

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Deliver comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population

    • Perform a full range of procedures including restorative, root canals, and surgical extractions

    • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to dental hygienists and support staff

    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on integrated, patient-centered care

    • Serve as faculty for the AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency program

Qualifications:

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited institution

  • Active Louisiana dental license and DEA registration

  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in general dentistry

  • Strong commitment to community health and serving vulnerable populations

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience: $150,000–$175,000 starting base, with potential quarterly bonuses up to $15,000
