• 6 Operatories

• Good mix of patients – 90% Adult population
• Averaging 30 – 40 new patients a month
• Lots of options for incoming dentist to specialize

PACKAGE:

• Base Guarantee – Percentage of Collections (35% – 37%)
• AFLAC but no other benefits at the moment
• W2 Position
