About the COMP & BENEFITS:

COMP MODEL: Base Salary + Incentives (Productivity, RVUs)
– Starting base pay = $145,000 + DOE
– Annual Merit Increase: 3%

SICK: 10 days/year

VAC: Year 1-5 = 15 days/year; Year 5-9 = 18 days/year; Year 10+ = 20 days/year
