General Dentist – Full-Time | Mankato, MN

About the Position:

A respected community-based health center in Mankato, MN is seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join its growing dental team. This well-established nonprofit organization has been serving the region for over two decades, with the dental division thriving for the past 10 years. The clinic is known for its patient-centered, mission-driven approach, offering comprehensive, affordable dental care to underserved populations in southern Minnesota.

This is a full-time opportunity with no weekend hours and a strong support structure, ideal for a new graduate or an experienced provider passionate about making a difference in public health.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Mankato, MN

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours/week)

• No Saturdays or on-call duties

• Team: Join a collaborative team of approx. 8 Dentists, 12 Dental Assistants, and 9 Hygienists

• Facilities: 17 modern operatories with state-of-the-art equipment

• Annual Patient Load: Expect to treat 2,800+ patients per year

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $145,000 – $215,000 annually (based on experience)

• Loan Repayment: Eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs
