Group is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Part-Time General Dentist to join our team at our Mechanicsville location in Richmond, VA. We are a well-established, doctor-led organization committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Schedule Requirements:

• Every Friday is required

• One additional flexible weekday

Compensation & Benefits:

• 32% of collections

• All lab fees covered

• Equity Opportunity: Once the provider reaches $60K/month or $750K/year in collections, they become eligible to earn equity in their location (Details will be discussed during the interview process)
