Dentist needed in Greenfield, MA

About the Position

We are seeking a General Dentist for our Greenfield, MA location.

• Support Staff: 1:1 DDS to DA ratio for efficient workflow.
• Operatory Setup: Dentist will work in 1 – 2 operatories.
• Patient Load: 10-12 scheduled patients per day, with an estimated 15% broken appointment rate.
• Schedule: Four 10-hour workdays per week.
• Scope of Work:
  • No implant placement or restoration.
  • Primarily serving a low-income population, with a higher volume of denture cases compared to private practice.
  • Treats patients of all ages.
• Specialist Support:
  • Oral Surgeon on staff, though complex facial surgeries and OR cases may be referred out due to licensure limitations (foreign-trained).
• Insurance & Coverage:
  • MassHealth offers an excellent dental program compared to other state Medicaid plans, allowing providers to offer a full scope of care.
