About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated provider with at least 3 years of hands-on primary care clinical experience. In this role, you will:

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment for a designated patient population.
• Consult with staff physicians as needed.
• Prescribe medications, treatment regimens, and other necessary pharmaceuticals within your scope of practice.
• Refer patients to specialists and other relevant healthcare services when appropriate.
• Oversee and coordinate patient care activities with nursing and support staff.
• Adhere to established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, including quality improvement and infection control standards.
• Participate in health promotion, education, and prevention programs as appropriate.
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives, such as quality assurance, peer review, and staff development.
• Maintain professional relationships with staff and patients.
• Support the coordination and integration of clinic outreach programs under the direction of the Medical Director.
• Perform other duties as necessary to achieve clinic goals and objectives.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 signing bonus available for select applicants (terms apply).
• Competitive salary range: $135,000–$160,000 per year.
