Pediatric Dentist needed in Norfolk, VA

About the Position:

We are seeking a Pediatric Dentist in Norfolk, VA

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree
• Ability for an Active VA dental license 
• Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program or certificate in pediatric dentistry
• Ability to travel overnight for training sessions once a month during the first year of employment
• Minimum of 12 months of experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality pediatric dental care in a compassionate and professional manner
• Conduct comprehensive diagnoses using X-rays, instruments, and other diagnostic tools
• Clearly communicate treatment plans to patients, parents, and guardians
• Educate patients and families on preventive dental care and oral health best practices
• Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Enhance clinical expertise through continuing education and training opportunities supported by the officel
• Exhibit a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, manual dexterity, and a personable chair-side manner
• Adhere to all state dental board regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and other governing policies
