Position Overview: Family Nurse Practitioner needed in San Rafael, CA

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in both outpatient and street settings
• Serve as the primary care provider for a dedicated patient panel
• Perform in-office procedures, including incision and drainage, arthrocentesis, nail removal, skin biopsies, pap smears, and cryotherapy
• Meet a productivity standard of 10 patients per clinic day

Requirements:

• Experience in FQHC, primary care, community health, or rural health
• License to practice in California and a valid DEA certificate
• Experience with electronic medical records
• Background in serving vulnerable populations, including women and the LGBTQ community
• Compliance with pre-employment health requirements, including a negative TB test and COVID-19 vaccination (unless exemption applies)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: $130,000 – $135,000, plus up to $50,000 bonus over three years
• On-call Coverage Stipend and relocation expenses (up to $5,000)
