Family Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Community Health | Minersville, PA

Position Overview

  • Outpatient-only primary care practice

  • Full-time, 40-hour work week, including 35 hours of direct patient care

  • Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with one weekly evening shift until 7:00–8:00 PM

  • PCMH model – collaborative, team-based care approach

  • Full-scope Family Medicine, treating patients of all ages

  • Visit durations:

    • New patients: 45–60 minutes

    • Follow-ups/med management: 15–20 minutes

  • Supportive environment with experienced physicians, behavioral health integration, and nursing staff
