Family Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Community Health | Minersville, PA

Position Overview

Outpatient-only primary care practice
-
Full-time, 40-hour work week, including 35 hours of direct patient care

Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with one weekly evening shift until 7:00–8:00 PM

PCMH model – collaborative, team-based care approach

Full-scope Family Medicine, treating patients of all ages

Visit durations:

New patients: 45–60 minutes

Follow-ups/med management: 15–20 minutes
