About the Position:

A well-established dental practice located in Longview, Washington is seeking a skilled and motivated General Dentist to join a dynamic team committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The practice is currently led by a single doctor and is now expanding to accommodate a growing patient base. You’ll be supported by a tenured clinical team and have the benefit of working with modern equipment, including a Pano X-Ray, 3D Scanner, and Solea Laser, to deliver efficient and precise care.

Practice Highlights:

• Located near Lake Sacajawea and Willow Grove Park, offering beautiful natural surroundings and a strong sense of community

• Average of 30 new patients per month, with 35 patient visits per day

• Collaborative team of 11, including hygienists and assistants

What You’ll Need:

• DDS/DMD degree and active, unrestricted license in the state of Washington

• Strong clinical competency in comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment

• Passion for continued learning and development of advanced clinical skills

• Ability to obtain credentialing with major dental insurance plans

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of clinical experience

• Certification in Invisalign

• Experience in endodontics, oral surgery, surgical extractions, and implantology
